In Chapter 22, Thomas Parks ( Brady's Dad) talks to Brady about making a decision based on what is right and wrong. Compare and contrast the situation Brady's dad is in to the situation Brady is facing now.
Brady’s dad and Brady have similar and different situations. Brady’s dad and Brady know what is right and what is wrong. However, in Brady’s situation a little kid had died but in his dad’s situation his co-workers are protesting. The two problems are alike because if they don’t do what their friends told them to do they’re are going to be in trouble. The two problems are similar because the are doing the right thing in the end.
Brady and Brady’s dad situations are different because Brady is dealing with the the holes in the kayak and Tom is dealing with going to a protest or not. They are the same because they are both stressing about what is the right and wrong thing to do. They are also the same because if based on a decision they make they friends could be mad at them.
Chapter 22 The decision on Brady’s dad is that Brady is thinking about the drill. He think he should tell Thomas parks aka Brady’s dad and think he should tell him but if he does J.T and Digger will no longer be friends so it’s a tough decision.
Brady wants to find the red kayak for a reason. Brady’s dad doesn’t want to protest to the government about crabbing. Brady is doing the right thing and so is his father because his father knows it is a good idea. Brady’s dad says he has more work in his shop than crabbing and that is wrong but Brady pulling out the red kayak is right.
Brady’s in a situation where he could go to jail and lose his friends, but his dad is in a situation where he could just lose his friends that go crabbing with him. Both their situations are the same because they could both lose their friends if they do the right thing but their doing what's right. But if Brady’s dad goes with the other water men to tell the governor that the rules are not right he could get in trouble. And if Brady doesn't tell the Di Angelo's about J.T. and Digger drilling holes he will always feel guilty. That’s how Brady and his dad’s situations are the same.
he had a wrong choice and a right choice he discussed how sometimes the hard choice is the right choice and holding up a sign and driving the governor made was easy so he diced not two protest about the new crabbing regulations
Ok, Brady has to decide either to choose the bad thing which will lead him to nothing and keep that big secret until he dies. Or he can choose the good thing which will lead him to juby then jail then prison or go to court and judge will decide either he passes or don’t pass if he doesn’t pass he will have to go to prison if he passes he won’t have to go to prison. And what Thomas is facing is that he can either go to Crisfield to Crisfield tomorrow or he doesn’t go to Crisfield.
It’s different from Brady and his dad because Thoms Parks has to decide if he wants to be in the protesting thing with his friends or not. And Brady has to decide if he wants to tell his parents about what him and his friends did and what he did with the drill. And the similar thing with Brady and his dad is that they both have something to tell their family and friends but Thomas Parks doesn’t want to tell his friends that he doesn’t want to be the protesting. And Brady doesn’t want to tell his parents about what he did with the drill because he don’t know what will happen.
My compare is that Brady and his dad are lying and Brady is lying about the drill and about killing Ben and he made that up they mean to kill him and for Brady daad he was doing all the crabbing all about himself and he did it ask his other workers and Brady dad only ask Brady so they can get it all finishes and Brady dad have to tell the gov to turn yourself in or let the other work with you and that;s like Brady turning in. For my contrast is Brady drill the kayak and that was his plan and he threw the drill into the river and For Brad dad he just turn himself in.
Brady dad puts things In brady’s head and It makes It even harder than what’s already happened brady Is to the point where he’s never giving up.you no when they were watching that movie about more life brady thought about why couldn’t ben get more life so he’s getting heated.
Chapter 22 I'm going to compare and contrast Brady’s situation and Thomas situation. Brady had to make a disation be Carl or his dad and he picked dad. And dad don't have like Brady friendship. Some similarities are that they are both boy’s and family part. Another differences are that Thomas is an adult.
The slimer is that Brady's dads friends are going to be mad at Thomas because he is not coming to the crab torment. And Bradys friends are going to be mad at Brayed because he told on his friends
Brady’s Dad told him what is right and what is wrong Brady said that he will stop crabbing with him.And his father said it’s wrong for him to.Brady’s father said it’s right to not go to the protest.I would same is not doing any of the things that his father said and going to the protest.
Brady’s dad might not crabbing every day instead of every day maybe twice a week because there are getting rid of all of the crabs and good to not go to the protest. To contrast is when all his friends go to the protest and they do not see him there and they might fire him for not being there for the new crabbing regulations and if was still gonna crab every day anyway they will fire him anyway because he did not go to the protest and he will not know what to do.
what’s Brady is facing now is Brady, J.T. and Digger are telling the DiAnellos. And it said Mr.DiAngelo he had brought a glistening shell of a new toy on top of his silver Porsche. parked in his parking spot.
Brady and his dad situation is that Brady is talking to people he know, about his sister(Amanda) and Ben and saying that it’s someone's fault about Ben because now Brady is saying it’s Mr.DiAngelo fault about Ben and Mr.DiAngelo is thinking it was Mrs.DiAngelo fault because she was with Ben when he died.

Brady’s problem is that the red kayak is a the bottom of the lake or river and he wants to buy mr. DiAngelo a new boat. Their problems are different because Brady’s problem is because of what happened to Ben so he wants to buy Mr. DiAngelo a new red kayak.

the difference between Mr.Parks (Brady’s dad) and Brady’s situations are that brady is dealing with a murder crime because his friends committed murder and brady found the murder weapon and he touched it now it has brady’s fingerprints on it. And Brady’s dad is dealing with his fishing rights. The difference is that you can figure out a way to deal and make the fishing rights better. But you can’t redue the death of someone and rewind it to where it never happened.
