In Chapter 16, Brady knows that J.T. and Digger caused the kayak to sink. Brady is struggling trying to decide what he should do with that information and who he should tell. If you were Brady, what would you do?
Chapter 16 If I were I will go and take the drill to my house and break it! I will break it to pieces because Brady is the one who had the idea so if I told the police then I will get J.T. and Digger and I will get arrested or maybe have to go to prison FOR LIFE so If I were Brady I would brake the drill to pieces and buy a new one with the money he’s getting paid for Mrs.DiAngelo I would buy a new one to replace it with dad’s drill.
Chapter 16 If i was Brady i would see more information about the death of Ben and see if someone else was on it but by mistake they thought Mr. deangelo was in the kayak because Mr. deangelo kicked Digger, Brady, and J.T they got kicked out by smoking in the boathouse. So J.T and Digger put a hole in the. kayak to get their revenge so Brady tried to inspect them to see if they put a hole in the kayak and they confessed.
If i was Brady, i would tell the police or dad so dad or the police so they can talk about it. My next thing about JT and digger about sinking the boat is Brady can tell his dad so he can see if its true or not.
Chapter 16 If I was Brady what I would do is tell Mrs. DiAngelo and that they didn't mean it because digger tried to make Brady and J.T to smock too then Mr. DiAngelo came out and said to get out of my property because your smocking and maybe Digger got mad and got the drill and drilled holes in the kayak. So I would tell Mrs. DiAngelo because she's nice and calm and tell her to not tell anyone and to help Brady (Me). And maybe Diggers mom.
If I was Brady I would say to J.T. and Digger to say to Mrs.DiAngelo that they put holes in the kayak because the way Mr.DiAngelo talked to J.T. and Digger. But if I did Mrs.DiAngelo would call the cops and J.T. and Digger would be accused for murder and then they would say it was my idea. Then we would go to reform school.
If I were Brady I would tell my mom and dad. And least then he would not be stressing out anymore. He also won't be the only one that knows. His mom and dad can help him decide to contact the police or not. And if J.T. and Digger should still be his friends.
If I were Brady and had to decide what to do with the information I have got from J.T. and Digger. I would keep the drill hidden and then after a while I would tell my parents and Mrs. DiAngelo about it and show them the drill and then I would tell J.T. and Digger that I told my parents about the kayak. Another thing I would do is clean the drill and then put in the workshop and tell my dad that I found it and say that Digger and J.T. were using it. I also could not tell anyone in case they take me in because it was my idea and they might take me to jail.
Chapter 16 What i would do if i was brady and had two friends that sank i would first all three of us would see if we could pull it up to shore and if we couldn't get it then me and my two friends would go get my dad which is Mr. DiAngelo and i think in the story it said when they came back Ben was already out in the deep and we probably couldn't of got him so then the kayak came closer and closer and Mr. DiAngelo probably said he’s died what do we do so then they probably got him out of there and took him to the Children's Hospital to see if he just had a heart attack, or another that you be panicking over. And they found out that he died because they probably were doing breathes on him like CPR Maybe. And when his mom found out that ben died she probably was very sad. And probably mad at brady, J.T., Digger so she probably didn't want them coming around her. And my reaction over Ben’s death i would be very sad also because ben was brady’s friend…..
If I was Brady I would just the police the truth what they did and pay my consequences and have it all over. Instead of not telling them and have big a huge lie.And something really bad happen to you. but Also I don’t want to go to Juvi what I was talking about consequences.
honestly i'd feel bad because if one of my friends wanted revenge so badly that they killed a kid and almost drown a mom I wouldn't take the time to care to be their friends. it's would also scare me I mean it could really hurt the people around them. I would be disappointed and sad to because they killed a kid. J.T. and digger both could be arrested for murder if I told the police and had real evidence but being my friends that might be a mistake so i'd probably stay home and think about it a little more
If I was Brady what I would do if I knew that J.T. and Digger had put holes in the Red Kayak and that's why Ben died then I wouldn’t have told anyone. Because 1st of all it was my idea. Second it had my hand prints on it and the weapon would have left my fingerprint on it leading it back to me so they would think I killed Ben and almost killed Mrs. DiAngelo. And lastly I would have been charged with murder would have to move because my mom and dad would have been ashamed that their son killed someone.
If I was Brady and I had to decide what to do if my best friend put holes in the neighbors kayak .I would tell my mom and dad what happened and go to the police and tell them what happened and do whats right so it would be hard to tell your neighbors and you use baby set their son and he died because of a prank but it did not prank it killed their son two days later.
If I were Brady I would talk to my parents about the whole mess. Parents are understanding on things most of the time. Plus, Brady needs to talk to his parents. Anyway, his mom knows there is something is wrong with him. You know moms have a sixth sense and that sense is picking up that there is something wrong with her kid (kids). Or I (Brady) might talk to Carl about this whole thing, if Brady didn’t want to talk to his parents. Just like Brady said in a few chapters ago Carl gives good advice.
If I was Brady I would tell my parents about the sitewatcane that Digger and J.T. drilled holes in the red kayak. Filled the holes with the glue but they used dads drill. Now we can't tell the POLICE. Because are fingerprints are on it.
If I were Brady even though we can get charged for murder. But Brady can just go the police and tell them he just made a joke to his friend about putting holes in their kayak and making them sink and making their son die. So Brady should tell the cops he didn’t know anything would happen because Brady’s friend didn’t like his new neighbors because the bought the property of his grandfather and he didn’t take that to well so after Brady made the joke that his friend actually did it. but Brady might not get as much time has J.T. and Digger

The only reason why I think it was uncalled for is because why did they kill Ben what did Ben ever do to Digger and J.T. why did they have to do that. If they thinked it was a joke I would be mad because Ben didn’t even do anything wrong to neither of them for them to do that to Ben. And it is not just hurting me but it’s also hurting Mrs. Diangelo. And plus that’s rude to hurt Ben any reason. And even if Ben did do something you guys didn’t have to kill Ben you could’ve just did something else.
If I was Brady I’ll call my dad or mom to do something about the drill or what should be J.t and Digger punishment or should they call the police because that was wrong to drill the red kayak and Brady will get in truble to because he made the idea up but if Brady tell J.t and digger will tell the police or Brady, mom, dad that he made the idea up and Brady could’ve told a whole different story that he was just playing around so I’m think in Brady head he’s saying that people can’t take a joke these days.
If I were Brady and my best friends murdered someone I would tell the authorities and see what the consequences are. And at the same time I would hope Brady wouldn’t tell because J.T and Digger might tell and say that it was Brady’s idea in the first to drill the holes in the bottom of the boat.
