Brady's Dad tells him he must take care of his crab pots. Brady gets up early to go out before school but says "I knew I couldn't go back out on the water." Why is Brady feeling this way?
I think Brady is feeling that way because Ben just died. He probably doesn’t want to think of him right now so he doesn’t want to go because Brady is trying not to remember Ben and forget all about it.
Why Brady is feeling this way is that Ben died when he was in the river it is just sad when he drowned and that was where the red kayak is i think he is going to try and take the red kayak. Also he didn't tell anyone about the red kayak and also cursed at the river he felt a little bit better.
Brady is feeling that way because. He blamed the river for what happened to Ben he blamed about him dying.Brady said that every time he look in the river he see the red kayak. Ben lining there with his blue and cold lips and his yellow life jacket.
Brady does not want to back on the water because he remember when Ben dies in the water.And in the water was the Red Kayak that sunked by getting full of water. When he tried to save him and he couldn’t get him back for Mrs.DiAngelo that's why Mr.DiAngelo left.
I think Brady is feeling this way because when he got up in the morning so he can go crabbing and he got the pioneer butter and not the juice.When Brady got every thing good he was messing with the tools in his shade and when he start doing that he filet something inside in him. Brady wasn't just scared to go in the water he was just said inside.
Brady’s Father is telling to take care of the crab pots because those were his and his dad let him have them and he found them in the water but he wants to go back in the water to get more crabs but his dad is telling that he has enough u dont need anymore but he wants more so his dad’s telling him to watch them because their cooking them in the pot and i think his dad is leaving for work so his mom’s their but his mom has to go to work also so brady wakes up early then his parents he gets up at 4am and they get up at 6am and they probably don't want him to burn the house down and ben was died at the time so they all missed and it said in the story his alarm clock went off at 4am and then it said i flipped my warm blanket off me and got ready for school… And he was cooking at the time so he needed to hurry up get dressed and watch his food and then he ate some then open the door and i don't know if he walked or rode the bus but i think he walk to his bus stop and the bus came and he was on his to school
The reason I think that Brady feels that he can't go back out on that is because in chapter 8 on page 53 Brady yelled at the river for being so cold because all the water got in Ben’s lungs and gave Ben pneumonia And Ben died. Then Brady yelled at the river a little bit after Brady yelled at the river he looked down into the river and not to deep down there was the red kayak. And because Brady found the red kayak that Ben was in the day he died he is feeling that he can't go back on the water.
Brady said he could not go back into the water because, the red kayak was at the bottom of the creek.And Tilly was laying in the kayak waiting for Brady to jump into the kayak and Ben died and Brady was yelling at river when Ben died.
Brady feels this way because every time he goes to the water he sees the red kayak. Also Brady then sees the look On Ben’s face with blue lips and his eyes half closed. So then Brady does not take care of his crab pot and leaves a note to his dad that the engine on Brady’s boat does not work. Later after school when Brady comes home his father is there and says two terrapins had drowned in the pots.
Brady is probably sad and overwhelmed because he probably remembers getting Ben out of the water and seeing the red kayak. Another thing he probably remembers that happened in the water is when he dumped the crabs overboard when he was with his dad fishing. It’s to overwhelming for Brady to go by the water and get his crab cages. That’s what I think Brady feels like in chapter eleven.
I think Brady said “I knew I couldn’t go back on the water.’’ because it always leaves him back on that horrible memory. He always sees Ben’s half-opened eyes and blue lips. He is still not moving on. Worst of all he is blaming himself. He keeps thinking that if he got there Ben would’ve had a good of a surviving.
I think Brady said “I knew I couldn’t go on the water because it leads him back to bad memory of the red kayak. They were on and when Brady sees the red kayak. He can see Ben blue lips and half open eye he’s still on the same lane about Ben. Brady won’t move on about Ben.
Brady is feeling this way because it's not that he's mad at the river or mad at himself it's because of all the sadness he built up inside. All he can see when he goes in the water is the red kayak and Ben's cold blue lips.

I think Brady's feeling this way because he don’t want to go out to the water because it reminds him of ben. And that not good in chapter 10 his mom said it's in the past move forward. I think he should go check his pot but its too much for him to handle. When he woke up the note his dad rote side there in the back you caught a fish instead of a crab to bad .

He said that because he was feeling overwhelming and sadness.He was sad and overwhelming because he was thinking about the red kayak and how it sunk. And also he thinking about when one of Ben’s eyes were open and the other was closed. And also Ben’s lips were cold and blue.
Brady didn't want to or couldn’t go back to the river because he thought he saw Ben with his half closed eyes,blue lips. He red Kayak halfway sunk.So he left and left a note in the kitchen that said moter is broken. So his dad took out the crab pots.
Brady is feeling this way because he had found the sunken kayak when he was screaming at the river for Ben’s death. The water would give him a flashback of Ben when he found him,with his half closed eyes and blue lips. So going out to the water would just remind him more about Ben and it would take him longer to get over it. Brady knows that will happen.

Chapter 11 Part 2 ‘’I knew I couldn’t go back on the water.’’ Brady says that because the red kayak was there under the water and it reminds him of the Ben. And that Mrs. Di Angelo would not say,’’thank you for trying to save Ben.’’
In chapter 11 that Brady said “that I could not go in the water”.I think that Brady can’t go to water is that it reminds him of Ben.And at chapter 10 Brady’s mom says that move on it is in past and that Brady is trying to forget about Ben Right now.And trying to move on.

Brady says that can’t go into the water because that's where Ben died and everything happened and he is probably to nervous to go because the Red Kayak is still out in the river and Brady might suffocate again because that is where Ben died so he is still nervous because when he was in the water with his dad he threw the crabs over board and if Brady suffocates again for going into the water he might fall over board so that is probably why Brady doesn't want to go back in the river.
Brady can’t go in the water because he will be died because it is cold especially in the morning the water also in the fog then he is in the boat the fog will crash.
